There is 1-3 business day processing for every TM purchase. Most are picked up by the mail provider within 24 hours of purchase. Once picked up by the provider selected we no longer have control over the package, the time it takes to get to you is dependent on the provider selected at check out and is not dependent on Tobacco Master. Unless your package disappears, we will not give discounts or refunds in regards to shipping time. We offer USPS, UPS, & FedX to provide as many choices as possible to ensure timely delivery. Tracking Numbers are sent to the email on the account, save this email to check on the status of your order. If you would like to request an orders tracking number again connect us with your name and invoice number and we will gladly assist you.
Leak and Crack Free Guarantee
Each TM has a Leak and Crack Free Guarantee. Any damage or defect must be claimed within 30 days of delivery. To file your claim, we require a picture of the defect and the invoice that came with it. If invoice is not able to be provided in the picture, another picture maybe requested to ensure authenticity. Once your claim has been approved, 15% will be refunded and a replacement pipe will be sent at no additional cost to you. (Only the defective item will be replaced, all other parts of the set will not be included in replacement)

If you are unhappy with your TM after purchase and it has not been used, ship it back a full refund (original shipping for the returned product as well.) Return shipping label will not be provided. Once the product arrives to our address we will inspect the product, and the refund will be issued for only what was returned. Full refund will only be issued if all parts of returned product is returned. Tm sets must include the Pipe, the Metal & Wood Bowls, Poker, Stand, & 5pk Screens for the full refund.
